Changing Columns
One of the actions when using Formulize is Change columns. This allows you to select which columns you would like to see in the form.
Within the pop-up window, you’ll see a list of the the columns, including some Metadata ones. To select more than one column, hold down CTRL and click each of the columns.
Metadata
Beside the columns that are created by Users, there consist of 5 Metadata columns: Entry ID, User who made entry, Creation date, User who last modified entry, Last modification date.
Entry ID is an automatically generated that is created whenever an entry is made and is given a sequentially increaing numeric ID.
